A noite do dia 8 de fevereiro, em Los Angeles, nos EUA foi inesquecível para o novato inglês Sam Smith, o maior vencedor do Grammy 2015. Ele levou quatro prêmios, que foram de Canção e Gravação do ano, por "Stay with me", Álbum Pop Vocal, por "In the lonely hour", e Revelação. Ao receber o último prêmio, Sam comentou: "Obrigado ao cara que partiu meu coração, você me deu quatro Grammys".
